Can we bid on multiple layers?
Yes. Vendors may bid on one, several, or all five layers.
What happens after we submit?
Submissions are evaluated within two weeks. Shortlisted vendors are invited to live demos in late October.
Can we ask clarifying questions?
Yes — registered vendors can submit clarifications through the workspace until August 22.
Do you require a specific tech stack?
No. We do require modern, well-documented APIs and a clear story for cross-layer integration.
