Why we're running this RFP

Residents in a true entertainment district need more than a portal that pays rent. They need one identity that unlocks the building, the parking, the events, and the food & beverage venues — without making operations a five-system patchwork. We're selecting partners now to build that operating system before the first towers open in 2028.

What we expect from partners

Modern APIs. Real customer references. Honest answers about what's shipping today versus what's roadmap. And a willingness to integrate with peers across the five layers.
